Step into the rhythm of the season at Urban Sprout Farms. Our Garden-to-Plate: Autumn Farm Series is a hands-on workshop designed for anyone who wants to connect with the land, grow their own food, and taste the harvest.
Over the course of the season, you’ll practice essential farm skills like building soil, starting seeds, tending to your garden, and then preparing the harvest to eat. Each week reflects what the farm is doing right now, so you learn by doing in real time.
Even if you come once, join monthly, or immerse yourself every week, this series gives you the confidence and joy of bringing food from the garden to your plate.
Offered Thursdays (6:00–7:30 PM) and Saturdays (9:00–10:30 AM)

What You’ll Experience:
Build living soil & compost for autumn planting
Start cool-weather seeds & prep beds for winter
Care for crops with natural mulches & pest teas
Harvest greens, herbs, and roots, then prepare them into simple teas, dressings, or dishes to taste together
Pricing Options:
Pop-In Ticket: $50 / session
Monthly Membership: $120 / 4 visits per month (flexible — any Thursday or Saturday)
